Yesterday St. Peter’s Basilica with Suzanne and Mark.
Today in the kitchen with Betty in San Diego. Cake mixes are unfamiliar and new to FR and she is wondering about the boxes she is posing with today. She looks happy to be there.
Can’t wait to see what happens next.
Amazing how FR travels as fast as the speed of light and does not seem to suffer from jet lag.

I found out about Flat Ruthie from reading another 6WS entry a few months back. Flat Ruthie travels the globe, like Flat Stanley does, having adventures and meeting new people.
I thought it might be fun to have Flat Ruthie come and visit us here in the San Diego area.
She arrived Thursday night. I’m looking forward to showing her the sights.
But first I’m going to put her to work (lots of work).

I hope Flat Ruthie gets to see the pandas at the San Diego Zoo.
OK, Ruthie, the zoo’s pricey, but Balboa Park and Torrey Pines are free, so that will make up for it. If you eat in Old Town get the large margarita, skip the Gas Lamp, unless you’re seeing a game. Maybe catch some Flamenco dancers…. eat lots of Mexican!
